Principal factory located in Móstoles

Casbar headquarter and principal factory is located in Leganes, just a short drive away from Madrid.

The factory is equipped with most modern machinery, which has been updated constantly. At this moment Casbar owns 2 laser cutting machines, several bending, punching and pressing machines. Regarding the aluminium mechanisation, Casbar has special cutting and pressing machines which are able to manufacture double wall aluminium outdoor cabinets.

Casbar has in-house painting line which guarantees the service, quality and capability to paint in all RAL and Pantone colours.

In the mounting and integration area, experienced human resources assemble and finish the product according to the customers' requirements'.

Casbar’s Bucharest

Casbar’s Bucharest production unit is also fitted with modern equipment and has 1 laser cutting machine among several bending, punching and pressing machine.

In summer 2006 the new state-of-art painting line was opened successfully, increased production lines and made Casbar ROM a fully independent production unit.

All the manufacturing procedures and quality controls are the same like in Casbar Móstoles production unit, consequently ensuring this way the functionality and quality of the products.
